At Mwamba we gather overlooking the dried out Mwamba river, and sipping on homemade iced tea with something a little sweet to nibble, we have the perfect pick me up before the afternoons adventure! You never know what you might see!
Mwamba Apricot Fudge
- 200g Butter
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- 2 Tennis Biscuits
- 2 cups Dried Apricot, chopped
Melt butter in a large saucepan, add the condensed milk and whisk together. Stir in crushed tennis biscuits and apricots. Press firmly into lined tray, cover and refrigerate. Slice into squares when set and keep refrigerated until needed.
