Office Africa – December 2016
The Festive Season is a time where families come together after a long year to spend quality time together; each member of the ours is currently with their respective families for the holidays. Since the Shenton Safaris family began this journey in 1993; we have been working steadily to redefine the safari experience and we now look forward to the time which lies ahead, mindful and incredibly grateful for the wonderful year that was 2016. We are thankful to each and every one of you for the extraordinary support you have given to Shenton Safaris and for your vital contribution to our journey. We thank also our loyal friends in the trade, past and present guests and most particularly those who, year on year, return in increasing numbers on their safari pilgrimage to Shenton Safaris – their home away from home in the South Luangwa National Park.
Are you looking over where to go in 2017 for your holiday? If you are looking for something really special, then we’re extremely excited to let you know about our new Couple’s Deluxe Chalet. We’re offering a special package for couples looking for a private, authentic wildlife experience. The chalet has an en-suite lounge area and the possibility to have complete private dinning throughout your stay; with your own private waiter, guide and vehicle. Remember to look into staying with us for 7+ nights, we’ll add in a free sleep out on one of our star beds. Note that our 7+ nights special is also valid for nights split between both camps.
What remains is for the Shenton Safaris Family to extend to you, and your loved ones, our best wishes for this year’s festive season, trusting that 2017 will be filled with many inquiries, plentiful bookings, and lots of happy, healthy guests! We look forward to keeping you entertained and up to date in 2017 on the Shenton Safaris Blog and trust that you will continue to comment on and share the stories that you find interesting. We’ll leave you with one of our favourite quotes, and some of the smiling faces that have traveled through our camps in 2016.
“It seems to me that the natural world is the greatest source of excitement; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living.”
Sir David Attenborough
Thank you all for the endless smiles throughout the year, and your photographs!
